Our TLG75(30/500/100) series fully enclosed steel cable management systems provide heavy-duty protection for dynamic cables and hydraulic hoses in demanding industrial environments. As a standard width configuration within the TLG75 series, this model is specified with an inner height of 30mm, an outer height of 500mm, and an inner width of 100mm. It features premium stainless steel side plates and protective cover plates that completely seal internal lines against flying debris, hot metal chips, abrasive dust, and liquid splashing.

In-House Component Stamping & Structural Materials

Every TLG75(30/500/100) stainless steel drag chain is built in our factory using precision-machined parts to guarantee optimal flexibility, structural rigidity, and extended service life:

• Chain Link Plates: Pressed from high-strength quenched steel or SS304/SS316/SS316L stainless steel. Available finishes include hot-dip galvanizing, zinc plating, and Dacromet coating for maximum wear resistance, toughness, and long-term anti-rust performance.
• Enclosed Cover Plates & Side Seals: Crafted from anodized aluminum alloy or stainless steel plates, creating a fully sealed protective channel over top and bottom surfaces.
• Hinged Pins, Seals & Brackets: Fitted with high-wear alloy steel or stainless steel joint pins, low-friction rubber sealing rings, and heavy-duty steel end mounting brackets for smooth, low-noise articulation.

Customized Internal Crossbeam & Divider Layouts

To prevent friction, entanglement, and mechanical wear between power cables and hydraulic hoses inside the enclosed channel, the interior of our TLG75(30/500/100) stainless steel drag chain can be fully customized with specialized support crossbeams:

• Perforated Aluminum Plates (Round Holes): Precision-drilled round holes matching exact cable outer diameters, fixing each cable independently in place.
• Custom Shaped Hole Plates (Special Cutouts): CNC-machined non-standard hole profiles engineered for multi-diameter cable bundles, oval hoses, or flat ribbon cables.
• Rubber Ring Grommet Insertions: Protective rubber rings inserted into hole perimeters to cushion delicate insulation jackets against vibration and dynamic abrasion.
• Stainless Steel Round Rod Crossbeams: Solid stainless steel rods providing high-strength internal support for heavy hydraulic lines while maintaining smooth sliding surfaces.
• Frame Type & Vertical Separator Combinations: Modular internal frame structures with adjustable vertical steel separators, enabling multi-layer horizontal and vertical compartmentation.

Factory Assembly, Testing & Export Packaging

Prior to packing, every TLG75(30/500/100) assembly undergoes 100% articulation testing to verify pitch smooth-movement, side plate alignment, and internal clearance. Units are securely bound and wrapped in moisture-proof protection to prevent transport damage during international shipping.
