Equipped with dedicated precision steel molds and heavy-duty injection presses, our factory melts and molds glass-fiber reinforced nylon pellets under strict pressure controls to prevent warping, shrink marks, and internal stress in every chain link.
Technicians assemble each 45x60 enclosed chain link, snap yellow rotary pins into place, and test joint flexibility. The 30% glass fiber reinforced nylon structure provides superior joint wear resistance, enabling continuous high-frequency reciprocating motion without deformation.
