80x300 Bridge Type CNC Drag Chain - Reinforced for Extreme Loads & Long Travel

Product Overview

The 80x300 bridge type CNC drag chain is the largest bridge-type cable carrier in our lineup, molded from 30% glass-fiber reinforced PA66 nylon with enhanced structural reinforcement throughout. With 80mm inner height and 300mm inner width, this model accommodates cables up to 75mm outer diameter and supports 25-30+ standard cables or hoses in a single cable carrier chain. The open-top bridge design allows fast heat dissipation and easy cable access — whether you search for it as a cable carrier, cable chain, or cable track.

This model is specifically engineered for the most demanding heavy-duty applications where standard 45mm, 55mm, or even 65mm series chains cannot maintain structural integrity over extended distances and under maximum cable loads. The larger cross-section, thicker side links, and reinforced crossbars provide the structural strength needed to handle extreme cable loads while preventing sagging and "snaking" over long travel distances
