The 65x200 bridge type CNC drag chain is a reinforced heavy-duty cable carrier molded from 30% glass-fiber reinforced PA66 nylon. With 65mm inner height and 200mm inner width, this model accommodates cables up to 60mm outer diameter and supports 20-25+ standard cables or hoses. The open-top design ensures fast heat dissipation and easy cable access — whether you search for it as a cable carrier, cable chain, or cable track.
This model is specifically engineered for heavy-duty applications where substantial cable and hose loads would exceed the capacity of standard 45mm or 55mm plastic drag chains. The reinforced side links and larger cross-section provide the structural strength needed to handle heavy power cables, thick hydraulic hoses, and large fiber optic bundles without deformation or premature wear. While built primarily for heavy loads, this robust construction also enables excellent performance in long-travel applications — the high rigidity prevents sagging and "snaking" over extended distances, making it equally suitable for large gantry systems and long-stroke automation equipment.
